Avec plus de 12’000 visiteurs accrédités, le SIL peut aujourd’hui s’enorgueillir d’être la principale manifestation du genre en Suisse. Les nouveautés en 2011
Grâce à l’agrandissement de la surface d’exposition, le Salon accueillera 70 exposants de choix qui présenteront leurs différents services. La qualité et la diversité des partenaires du SIL garantissent la présentation d’une offre complète et représentative, permettant de répondre aux attentes des visiteurs en matière de résidences principales, secondaires ou autres biens d’investissements. Le SIL salue particulièrement cette année la présence de son invité d’honneur : La région Nord-Vaudoise et son partenaire institutionnel l’Association pour le développement du Nord Vaudois (ADNV). Une présentation inaugurale (dès 16 heures, le mercredi 30 mars à l’hôtel Mövenpick) dressera en avant-scène le portrait de l’économie de cette région en plein essor et permettra aux cinq plus grandes communes de la région de présenter leurs projets de développements immobiliers. Their recommendations, suggestions and ideas will permit us to improve the visibility of our brand name, both through our magazine Emotion and elsewhere. By applying these new ideas, Elitim will extend its network of potential clients. This objective is also valid in... The competitiveness of the Swiss fiscal system must be guaranteed. This objective is also valid in the context of fiscal competitiveness affecting the presence of people disposing of high incomes in our country. As we showed in our last edition of Emotion, the legal dispositions of the lump-sum “forfeit” tax system* risk seeing a distinct evolution. This tax regime has been the topic of more and more numerous debates in recent years, in particular since the Canton of Zurich abrogated the imposition of the tax by popular decision. Although they are opposed to its pure and simple abrogation, the Federal and cantonal authorities propose modifying the conditions of application of this tax regime. The proposed modifications affect three principal elements :
  • 1. The threshold of universal expenditure will be fixed at seven times the rent paid, or the rental value of the taxpayer’s residential property (compared with five times that sum now).
  • 2. The threshold of the tax base will be set at 400,000 francs for the Federal tax.
  • The world-wide life style of the taxpayer will be taken into account.
For all taxpayers already subject to taxation on expenditure (lump-sum taxation) if these modifications were to come into force, the current conditions would be maintained for a transition period of five years. The consultation period on these modifications ended on December 17th 2010. The project has been widely criticised by the majority of the political parties.
